Thiphroxaphan provides custom accessory design and creation services, including but not limited to:

• Bespoke jewelry design and crafting (necklaces, bracelets, etc.)
• Custom silk scarf painting and creation
• Design consultations and personalization services
• Accessory repairs and modifications

Custom Orders

All custom orders are made to your specifications after consultation and design approval. By placing a custom order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete design specifications
• Review and approve designs before production begins
• Pay the agreed deposit before work commences
• Pay the remaining balance upon completion
• Understand that custom pieces are non-refundable once production begins

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Thiphroxaphan and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) where required by law. Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept secure payment methods as indicated during checkout. Our VAT identification number is available on request for business customers.

Limitation of Liability

Thiphroxaphan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, including the Burgerlijk Wetboek (Dutch Civil Code) where applicable. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
